Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all filters, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier to our designated returns center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned system for integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
